AND UPON reviewing all case documents recorded in the court file
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Defendant be granted permission to serve the expert report of Mr Mohammed Firdaus Idrise.
2. The Claimant has liberty to respond to that report by 4pm on 9 September 2021.
