UPON reviewing the directions issued by the Court on 13 June 2021, arising out of the Judgment of Justice Sir Richard Field on Preliminary Issues issued on 13 June 2021
AND UPON the agreement of the Claimants and the Defendants
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The deadline for the Defendants to file and serve a draft order and supporting submissions regarding costs is extended to 27 June 2021.
2. The deadline for the Claimants to file and serve a response to the Defendants' draft order and supporting submissions is extended to 7 July 2021.
3. The deadline for the Defendants to file and serve final submissions in reply is extended to 14 July 2021.
4. No order as to costs.
