UPON the hearing in Claim No. TCD-003-2019 having taken place over the course of four days from Monday 20 September to Thursday 23 September 2021.
UPON the Court having issued a draft judgment and directed that the Parties send a list of corrections and other obvious errors in writing by email to the Registrar by 4pm on Monday, 29 August 2022 (“List of Corrections”)
AND UPON the Parties agreeing by consent to an extension of time for the sending of the List of Corrections.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The List of Corrections are to be sent to the Registry by 4pm on Wednesday 31 August 2022;
2. There shall be no order as to costs in respect of this Consent Order.
