AND UPON the Defendant filing a Notice of Commencement of Assessment on 9 June 2021
AND UPON the Claimant’s failure to file its Points of Dispute, pursuant to Rule 40.15 of the RDC, within 21 days from the date the Defendant filed the Notice of Commencement of Assessment pursuant to Rule 40.15
AND UPON reviewing all other relevant case documents filed in this matter
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
