The DIFC Courts are proposing the refining of various provisions in the Rules of the DIFC Courts (the “RDC”). The objective is to refine the RDC in light of the Courts’ experience as well as feedback from the legal profession. The proposed amendments are the result of extensive discussions by the Rules sub-Committee of the Court Users’ Committee.
The DIFC Courts would now like to seek feedback on the draft amendments, via a public consultation exercise running from 20 April 2011 through 23 May 2011. Your comments are sought on the proposed amendments by 23 May 2011. Please email : consultation@difccourts.ae
